Pre-Mortem Agent provides adversarial AI analysis of business ideas. The "Deadpool Score" and autopsy reports are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, or professional investment advice.
3. User Conduct
You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the ideas you submit. Pre-Mortem Agent retains ownership of the AI-generated reports, scores, and the platform's proprietary algorithms and design.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pre-Mortem Agent is provided "as is". We are not liable for any business failures, lost profits, or emotional distress resulting from the use of our adversarial analysis.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.
